I provide you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support before and after birth. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs. Get in touch to find out more.
Passionate Birth Support
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve.
If you are hoping for a calm and easy birth, then I am your doula! During pregnancy we meet several times to better understand your birth goals and preferences. We go over any limiting thoughts in order to release and replace them with positive ones. During your birth I offer:
• encouragement through positive affirmations
• a warm and relaxed atmosphere using aromatherapy and dimmed lighting
• guidance on proper breathing techniques
• homeopathy, shiatsu, reflexology and different positioning to help baby move through the birth path
• emotional support
• help with asserting your preferences to the medical staff
I also come for a postpartum visit where we can discuss your birth if you so choose and any other questions about nursing, sleeping patterns and the like. It is my passion to support parents on their birthing journey. I am fluent in both English and Hebrew and attend hospital births and home births in central Israel.
